VANTIS, was founded through identifying a need that many out-sourced IT solutions missed. We found that resource was constantly an issue and that what many Education facilities (particularly primary schools), Charities and Small/Medium Enterprises needed was to have that support ‘in-person’.
Remote Support businesses provide a great service, but there are practical limitations. Desktop Support where a field engineer visits your premises to upgrade a PC, repair a laptop keyboard, unblock a printer jam. All these tasks are often left to non-IT staff members. Additionally, where resource is missing, many Analysts are focussed on 2nd and 3rdline tasks, Server Management, Software Roll-outs and Network configurations, leaving a gap in resource. Through having to attend to these tasks Team Members are regularly hindered from doing the job they are employed to do.
Here at Vantis Solutions we identified that gap and developed a way to put that right. Our support places an engineer on-site to pick up those jobs that cannot be done remotely. Additionally, our field engineers as part of supporting you, also take on maintenance tasks to help keep your desktop hardware functioning reliably.

To do this we are continuing to expand our operations, encouraging our Desktop Support Technicians, 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers, Project Managers and Consultants to continuously develop their skills, ensuring we are able to continuously improve the support we deliver to those who partner with us. Our Support services include On-Site support as standard, as well as also having the benefit of remote support and escalations to 2ndand 3rd Line support. We deliver everything other support companies provide as well as this.
We began with a vision of fulfilling this need, providing professional IT Services from the grass-roots level and then continued to grow this toward solutions tailored more specifically to the requirements of your business. From embedding ourselves in supporting Education Facilities, Charity Foundations and SMEs, we have grown and expanded the services we offer.
From those humble beginnings we have grown a small enthusiastic team of IT professionals who have strong technical abilities across a plethora of platforms from desktop and server support through to cloud technologies and complete ERP systems, fully integrated with PLM, eQMS and WMS Modules and DMS solutions.
