We have multi-tiered contract services that will support your business completely or that can assist by providing additional resources that complement your existing IT.  We also have non-contract support available via a Token system that can be purchased and called off to provide support when you need it most.

No. VANTIS will place a  1st Line field technician who will visit your premises on a weekly basis, providing hardware and software support. Our support technicians will resolve any current issues that have been raised during their weekly visits. Any deeper technical issues will be escalated to our 2nd and 3rd line engineers for additional support when required
